Beijing Xinsheng Zhuorui Technology Co., Ltd. has developed and produced the ZRRD-10A fully automatic ignition point tester. The ignition point tester is mainly used to measure the ignition temperature of test samples. By measuring the ignition temperature of the samples, preventive measures can be taken to avoid environmental pollution and economic losses caused by material self ignition. It plays an important role in production, research, and use departments.

The ignition point tester refers to the requirements of the national standard GB/T18511 and adopts microcomputer technology and thyristor technology. It adjusts the furnace temperature through power regulation and has dual control modes: it can be controlled on the touch screen or on the computer. The control system automatically controls the entire measurement process, automatically heats up, determines the ignition temperature, and saves records and prints the measurement results. The computer communicates bidirectionally with the controller to display the temperature of the heating furnace, automatically draw the temperature variation curve over time, and automatically capture the test results. Can print out test records and reports. Store test data during the testing process for querying.

Scope of application: Mainly suitable for determining the ignition point of materials in industries such as forests, electricity, metallurgy, petrochemicals, coal, geological exploration, grain, and feed.
