The product is made of stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable, and the equipment raw materials will not be damaged, thus achieving high cleaning efficiency, labor saving, water saving, stable equipment performance, reliability and other effects. The cleanliness of the cleaned items is more than three times higher than that of conventional manual washing methods. This machine uses high-pressure water flow and bubble generation device to impact the surface of the cleaned object. The energy generated by the rupture of bubbles when in contact with the object will have an impact and scrubbing effect on the surface of the cleaned object. Brushing the surface of the cleaned object will clean it thoroughly.

Equipment features:

Adopting a water bath bubble cleaning method, the material undergoes irregular and intense flipping motion in water due to the churning effect generated by the release of bubbles, effectively avoiding damage to the material caused by collisions, knocks, scratches, etc. during the cleaning process, improving work efficiency, and transforming manual operations into mechanized processing.

Working Principle:
The surface of fruits and vegetables must be cleaned due to the presence of dirt such as sediment, hair, yarn, weaving threads, and small sand particles. The cleaning method varies depending on the attachment method of each type of dirt. High pressure bubble cleaning is required to clean the sediment, dust, and other dirt on the surface of fruits and vegetables in a water bath. The size of the water flow can be controlled, and the floating objects cleaned can be discharged from the overflow port, while the sediment is discharged from the lower drainage valve. The cleaned fruits and vegetables are lifted by the conveyor belt into the next process, and a spray device is installed during the lifting process. The water sprayed from the nozzle is distributed in a fan shape, allowing the fruits and vegetables to be sprayed and cleaned again. During the work process, the inlet pipe and sprinkler pipe always supply water, gradually replacing the sewage in the water tank.
