Fully automatic laminating machine

The fully automatic new version of the stacker integrates loading, stacking, welding, and receiving functions. The upper and lower layers of transparent film are made of rolled material, and the middle layer is made of sheet material. Ultrasonic welding is used to weld 3-5 pieces of material together, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency. The heavy truck detection device detects the thickness of the sheet metal to prevent the situation of double feeding. Stacked sheet metal is conveyed through a belt, which is equipped with vacuum holes to prevent displacement during the welding process after stacking. The roll material adopts automatic feeding and unloading mode. The intermittent feeding mode is adopted, and the feeding length is automatically adjusted through a tension balance device.
