The fully automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is a key equipment for die-cutting, creasing, and cold pressing of various paper products such as paper boxes, cartons, and trademarks.
Front edge paper feeding section
1. The roller type leading edge paper feeding system controlled by servo motors ensures the positioning accuracy of the cardboard after buffering and reaching the front gauge.
2. The leading edge paper feeding system has good adaptability to curved cardboard and provides more stable paper feeding.
3. It has a side positioning mechanism, high positioning accuracy, and easy adjustment.
Die cutting department
1. The die-cutting thickness is large, the precision is high, and the pressure is balanced and stable.
2. Worm gears, crankshafts, and die cut steel plates undergo precision grinding after heat treatment, resulting in high equipment accuracy and long service life.
3. Adopt pneumatic clutch brake and torque limiter (optional) to ensure the safe use of the machine.
4. High strength aluminum alloy lower jaw arrangement has light weight, high precision, and smooth paper feeding. Do not rub against the elastic sponge of the die-cutting board.
Die cutting department
5. The main transmission bearings, toothed chain, main pneumatic control valve, and electrical components are all from well-known foreign brands.
6. It has a no mouth die-cutting structure, which can achieve no front waste die-cutting and reduce customer costs.
7. The central positioning system of the die-cutting board ensures accurate and convenient positioning.

Clearing Waste Department
1. The full waste cleaning system can automatically remove the front waste edge and middle waste, with high production efficiency.
2. The waste cleaning template adopts a central positioning system, which automatically clamps and facilitates quick and convenient alignment.
Delivery Department
1. It has a non-stop paper delivery system with high work efficiency.
2. The pneumatic secondary paper delivery mechanism ensures the continuous circulation of the paper delivery system.
3. The output paper stack quantity can be preset, and the paper stack can be automatically transferred to the paper receiving table.
4. Pneumatic side paper support device can better adapt to the splicing processing of corrugated cardboard.
Electrical Control Department
1. Adopting PLC program control, automatic fault detection and alarm, complete protection function, and high control reliability.
2. LCD touch screen enables human-machine dialogue, making operation convenient and intuitive.
3. The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.
4. Automatic counting of actual die-cutting cardboard.
This machine adopts high-speed Feida, high-strength open tooth paper teeth arrangement, swinging integral front gauge, push-pull integrated side gauge, high-precision intermittent mechanism, pneumatic lock plate, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, and automatic paper delivery, achieving smooth paper feeding, precise positioning, stable die-cutting, and neat paper delivery.
Using microcomputer control to achieve full process automation of the whole machine, displaying the working status and troubleshooting methods through the human-machine interface. Key components, control systems, and fasteners are all imported products, carefully assembled to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine. Multiple sensors and safety devices are installed to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety.
