The NS-60S fully automatic parallel concentrator is a high-throughput and high-efficiency rapid concentrator that uses water bath heating and nitrogen blowing to quickly concentrate samples. It is controlled by a large screen color touch screen and provides an alarm prompt after concentration is complete. It can also be used in parallel with multiple channels, supporting up to 60 channels for simultaneous use, making the tedious concentration process simple.

1. The PID precise temperature control technology combined with internal self circulation technology enables a temperature control accuracy of up to ± 0.1 ℃ and maintains a constant water temperature at all times.
2. Adopting unique vortex airflow technology to accelerate solvent evaporation rate and achieve concentration more quickly and efficiently.
3. 12 sets of blowing channels, each with 5 vortex blowing needles, can concentrate 60 samples simultaneously.
4. Each blowing channel adopts an independent imported solenoid valve, which can be independently switched on and off.
5. The unique gas pressure automatic adjustment and distribution technology ensures consistent nitrogen blowing flow rate for each blowing needle and concentrates the sample at an extremely fast speed.
6. The uniquely designed airflow channel, combined with an ultra strong exhaust fan, effectively eliminates steam and prevents liquid droplets from hanging on the glass cover and causing pollution.
7. When in concentrated state, the upper cover automatically locks. It has a protective function. When the instrument cover is opened during operation, nitrogen blowing will automatically stop. After the cover is closed, it will automatically resume operation without the need to set parameters again.
8. When the water bath is insufficient, a buzzing alarm will sound and automatically replenish water, effectively preventing dry burning, protecting the heater from damage, and ensuring that the experiment will not be interrupted due to water shortage.
9. The instrument adopts electronic programmable pressure detection technology. When the gas source pressure is insufficient, the instrument automatically beeps and gives an alarm prompt.
10. When the concentration is completed, a buzzing alarm prompt will sound.
