ZW-818 fully enclosed intelligent bacterial collection instrument is a specialized instrument for clinical fluid bacterial detection, sterile testing and microbial limit testing in the fields of drugs, biological products, etc.
working principle
The YY series intelligent bacterial collection instrument is a supporting product for disposable fully enclosed bacterial collection instrument filtration and cultivation. The test sample is filtered through a 0.45 or 0.22 filter membrane using the directional peristaltic pressure principle of the intelligent bacterial collection instrument, and the bacteria in the test sample are cut off on the filter membrane in the filter. The antibacterial components are removed by washing the filter membrane. Then, the required culture medium is directly introduced into the bacterial collection and cultivation instrument through an injection tube and placed in the culture box for sterile cultivation.

Membrane filtration methods for purified water, injection water, purified water, oral liquids, etc

1. Soak N filter membranes (diameter 50mm) in purified water for about 5 minutes
2. Use tweezers to remove the filter membrane and place it flat on the stainless steel mesh. Place the stainless steel mesh into the stainless steel base, insert the gasket and O-ring, and tightly assemble the screw cover and cup cover into a complete fully enclosed filtration incubator.
3. Sterilize by wrapping the assembled incubator in kraft paper and placing it in a high-pressure moist heat sterilization pot for sterilization (according to the regulations of the 2005 Chinese Pharmacopoeia).
4. Take the sterilized incubator to the microbial limit testing room for bacterial collection and filtration.
5. Open the prepared solid culture medium and place the collected filter membrane flat on the culture medium (no bubbles should be generated on the filter membrane).
6. Cultivate according to the regulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Attention
1. Control method for liquid layer height: Remove the top rubber cap of the filter, pump flushing liquid into the filter, and when the flushing liquid reaches the appropriate height, put on the rubber cap;
2. If there is no liquid layer covering the filter membrane during flushing, it indicates that the air pressure inside the filter is too high. Remove the rubber cap to release air and then put it on;
3. The filter membrane inside the dual core needle air filter should be kept dry to ensure its unobstructed flow;
4. Based on the characteristics of the sample, control the appropriate speed of the bacterial collector to ensure that there are no bubbles in the inlet pipe. If bubbles appear in the inlet pipe, low speed can be avoided, otherwise the needle should be checked for blockage;
5. For ease of operation, it is recommended to use a 500ml glass moisture absorber with a rubber stopper;
6. For any matters not covered, please refer to the appendix "Sterility Testing Method and Microbial Limit Testing" section of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Precautions
(1) The instrument requires grounding, reliable grounding, grounding impedance ≤ 4 Ω, and the diameter of the grounding wire should be at least 1.6mm.
(2) Do not put your hands into the pump head while the instrument is running, otherwise it may cause hand injuries.
(3) Before the positioning card of the bacterial collector pump head is closed (the peristaltic pump moving block needs to be tightened), it is strictly prohibited to start the instrument, otherwise it may cause hand injury.
(4) After using the instrument, turn off the power. If it is not used for a long time, please cut off the power.
(5) If chemical disinfectants are used for disinfection in the sterile room, the instruments should be placed in sealed covers or moved out of the sterile room to avoid damaging electronic components and corroding metal accessories.
(6) The filter membrane on the sampling needle should be kept dry, the airflow should be unobstructed, and the liquid should enter normally. When inserting the sampling needle into the bottled fluid for testing, the machine should be turned on first, and then the container bottle should be inverted.
(7) When replacing the test sample and completing the filtration, the machine should be stopped, otherwise it will generate excessive air pressure inside the incubator, causing the rubber cap to pop out and affecting its use. The rubber cap can be removed to release air and eliminate pressure inside the incubator.
(8) If there are too many bubbles in the inlet pipe, the speed should be reduced and the inlet filter membrane should be checked for moisture. If the inlet cannot be filled, check if the inlet needle is unobstructed.
(9) Avoid continuously stepping on the foot switch, and do not immediately release the foot after stepping on the foot switch. Instead, delay until it starts or stops together.
(10) Avoid placing foot switches in environments with strong corrosiveness and oxidation.
(11) Prevent liquid from entering the interior of the foot switch.
