All freeze-drying processes of the Shanghai Yunyan production type freeze dryer, from freeze-drying to defrosting, are controlled by programmed control.
☆ Partition heating system
The temperature is controlled by the thermal cycle generated by heating the partition, resulting in more accurate temperature uniformity and improved freeze-drying speed.
☆ Sample pre freezing system
There is a freezing system under the tray of the freeze-drying room, which can pre freeze the sample before freeze-drying.
☆ Cold trap defrosting system
After freeze-drying, quickly defrost the cold trap to shorten the next freeze-drying time.
☆ Capping system
The capping system sealed in a vacuum state uses an hydraulic cylinder to achieve accurate sealing.
