Overview
The GFM82 intelligent hygiene electromagnetic flowmeter is a stable and high-precision intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter developed based on Ferrari's electromagnetic induction principle and weight function magnetic field distribution technology. It is used to measure the flow rate of conductive liquids with conductivity greater than 5 μ s/cm. Using low-frequency rectangular wave excitation and intelligent converter technology, the zero point is very stable, with an accuracy of 0.5 level and a repeatability of 0.25%. The GFM82 intelligent sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a 4-8 multi electrode structure, which further ensures measurement accuracy and does not require a grounding ring at any time, reducing the size of the instrument and the trouble of installation and maintenance.

The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter adopts low-frequency rectangular wave excitation with stable excitation current. This excitation method has the characteristics of being less affected by electromagnetic interference, not producing eddy current effect, less orthogonal interference and in-phase interference, and not producing polarization phenomenon. Therefore, the electromagnetic flowmeter has the advantages of low current, low power consumption, no heat generation, zero point stability, no drift, and less electrode pollution impact.
2. The output of an electromagnetic flowmeter is independent of the flow state under symmetrical distribution (laminar and turbulent), so the range ratio is extremely large, which can achieve a ratio of 100:1. It can measure fluid flow rates within the range of 0.3-12m/s (extended range of 0.1-15m/s).
3. There are no components inside the conductive fluid flow measurement tube that obstruct fluid flow, such as dirty media, corrosive media, and suspended liquid-solid two-phase media. The only components in contact with the fluid are the electrodes and lining, which are not blocked or sticky. According to the different corrosiveness, wear resistance, and temperature of the medium, different liners and electrodes are selected to measure the flow rate of contaminated, corrosive, and suspended liquid-solid two-phase media.

Installation site selection
1. Choose a location where there will be no negative pressure inside the measuring tube
2. Avoid installing in accessories of strong electrical equipment such as motors and transformers to prevent electrical interference
3. Avoid places with strong corrosive gases around the installation location
4. When measuring mixed phase fluids, avoid locations that may cause phase separation
5. The ambient temperature should generally be within the range of -25 ℃ to 60 ℃, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible
6. Installed in environments without vibration or with low vibration, if the vibration is too high, fixed supports should be added to the pipes before and after the sensor
