GFM83 Series Split Remote Transmission Vortex Flow Meter
Overview
The GFM83 intelligent split type remote transmission vortex flowmeter is a stress type vortex flowmeter that measures flow based on the Karman vortex principle. It has a high signal-to-noise ratio, high sensitivity, and strong vibration resistance. The signal circuit uses microcontroller technology for data processing, encapsulating the CPU unit, storage unit, display unit, communication unit, and other functional modules in an amplifier circuit. It has RS485 communication function, very stable zero point and accuracy, and a diameter ranging from DN25 to DN300 (flange type or clamp type, plug-in type for larger than DN300). It is widely used to measure the volume flow rate and mass of superheated steam, saturated steam, compressed air, and general gases and liquids.

1. By using advanced CNC equipment to process the sensor body and vortex generator, the machining accuracy is ensured, thereby making the components (especially the vortex generator) highly versatile and truly ensuring that the repeatability and accuracy of the sensor are not affected by component replacement; Capable of generating strong and stable vortex signals;
2. The radiator structure adopts a horizontal structure, which transfers less heat to the amplification part than flow meters that use a vertical radiator structure. Moreover, it has a larger heat dissipation area, faster heat dissipation, and higher reliability and longer lifespan of the sensor;
3. Through extensive waveform and frequency analysis of the vortex flowmeter over a long period of time, the optimal probe shape, wall thickness, height, probe rod diameter, and matching piezoelectric crystal were designed. Advanced CNC lathes were used for processing to ensure accuracy in coaxiality and cleanliness, and special processing techniques were employed to overcome the common problem of the inherent self oscillation frequency of the vortex flowmeter affecting the signal.
