GMS-B series tunnel sterilization oven

The GMS-B series is suitable for drying, sterilizing, and removing heat sources from antibiotic bottles, ampoules, infusion bottles, and oral liquid vials.
This series of drying and sterilization tunnel ovens has the following basic models, which can also be customized according to user needs.
working principle
Under the monitoring of the intelligent system, the bottles are transported by the conveyor belt and sequentially enter the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone (temperature ≤ 350 ℃, sterilization time ≥ 5 minutes), and low-temperature cooling zone of the tunnel sterilization oven. The conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system is set with or without paper recording. The entire operation process is under hundred level laminar flow protection.
