Introduction:
The MZG series low-temperature pulsating vacuum drying oven is mainly suitable for drying thermosensitive materials (Chinese herbal extracts, active substances) under low-temperature vacuum conditions.
Working Principle:
Load the materials into a drying tray and place them on a heated flat plate inside the box. Under vacuum, continuously reduce pressure and increase pressure, and use a vacuum pump to remove the solvent (with the addition of a condensation recovery system) to achieve rapid drying.
Equipment structure:
It consists of a box, a drying rack, a drying tray, a foam breaking system, a heating system, a vacuum system, and a control system.
