GPM-K-01N 小巧型液位变送器

The GPM-K-01N series small liquid level transmitter pressure sensitive core adopts a high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure filled oil core. The dedicated integrated circuit inside converts the sensor millivolt signal into a standard long-distance transmission current signal, which can be directly connected to computer interface cards, control instruments, intelligent instruments or PLCs for convenience. This series of products is widely used in industries such as industrial process control, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, etc.

This product complies with GB 3836.1-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 1: General requirements"

GB 3836.4-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 4: Intrinsic safety type" i "" standard has corresponding provisions. The explosion-proof mark of the instrument is Exia Ⅱ CT4.

Main technical parameters

⑴ Working temperature: 0 ℃~100 ℃;

⑵ Basic error

The accuracy level of the transmitter is divided into:

0.1 level, with a basic error of ± 0.1;

Level 0.3, with a basic error of ± 0.3;

Level 0.5, with a basic error of ± 0.5 (expressed as a percentage of the measurement range).

⑷ Thermal zero drift

When the ambient temperature deviates from the reference working condition temperature, the zero drift of the transmitter should not exceed 0.03% FS/℃.

⑸ Thermal sensitivity drift

When the ambient temperature deviates from the reference working condition temperature, the full-scale drift of the transmitter should not exceed 0.03% FS/℃.

⑹ Insulation resistance

Under reference working conditions, the insulation resistance between each terminal of the transmitter and ground shall not be less than 20M Ω/250V.

⑺ Explosion proof performance

The explosion-proof performance of the instrument meets the requirements of Exia Ⅱ CT4.

Installation method

⑴ Choose a place that is easy to operate and maintain for installation;

⑵ It should be installed as far away from the vibration source as possible;

⑶ Keep as far away from heat sources as possible;
