I. Overview

The GR series oil-free vacuum pump is a small, multi-purpose, and pollution-free vacuum basic equipment. The pump's diaphragm (piston) and the interior of the chamber have been treated with anti-corrosion, making it particularly suitable for organic solvent applications.

2、 Working principle

The motor drives the diaphragm (piston) to move back and forth in the cylinder, continuously inhaling and discharging gas through a one-way valve, creating negative or positive pressure in the system. The pressure and flow regulation of it is achieved by using the pressure sensor inside the pump to sense the system pressure. After the user sets the pressure, the sensor transmits the sensed pressure signal to the control circuit to control the interruption time of the pump's operation to regulate and maintain the system pressure (note: the system volume should be greater than 1 liter).
