The frozen tissue grinder can generate up and down oscillations, as well as curved vortex oscillations. The frozen tissue grinder utilizes the reciprocating vibration, impact, and shear of grinding beads (zirconia, steel beads, glass beads, ceramic beads) to quickly and uniformly grind samples. The frozen tissue grinder can simultaneously process 24 samples at a time. The grinding efficiency for difficult to handle soil, hair, bones, teeth, stubborn bacteria, fungal cell walls, and even spore bodies is very high, and the entire grinding process takes a short time while preserving the integrity of biological molecules (DNA, RNA, proteins) and drug molecules. There is no cross contamination between the samples
The necessity of liquid nitrogen cryogenic grinding
In molecular biology experiments, animal muscle tissue, connective tissue, bone tissue, hair tissue, and plant roots, stems, leaves, seeds, etc. need to be ground to study their composition, genes, proteins, structure, and function.
In order to prevent various tissue components from being easily damaged or degraded during the grinding process, and to increase the hardness and brittleness of the tissue, making it easier to grind, especially for the grinding, separation, and extraction of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). It is necessary to first rapidly freeze the biological material in liquid nitrogen to terminate all biological reactions inside and outside the cell. At the same time, the biological material cells should be completely frozen hard and brittle. This grinding can achieve a good cell breaking effect, grinding the cells into powder and releasing the substances inside.
Plant tissue: roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, etc
Animal tissues: brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, thymus, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, muscles, bones, etc
Wood, seeds, dense soil, and sandy soil, etc
Fungi and bacteria: yeast, Escherichia coli, spores, etc
Ancient dry samples, rust, etc
◇ Whole insects, algae, coral lotion, etc

1. Divide the tissue sample into suitable centrifuge tubes.
2. Add an appropriate amount of cracking medium into the centrifuge tube
3. Tighten the lid of the centrifuge and insert it into the freezer adapter.
4. Use a specialized adapter fixture to place the freezing adapter as a whole in liquid nitrogen for 3-15 minutes.
5. Use the dedicated adapter fixture again to place and remove the entire freezing adapter, place it on the Gd200plus grinder, and tighten the fixed handle.
6. Set the grinding speed and time, start the Gd200plus grinder
After the grinder stops, remove the freezing adapter and take out the centrifuge tube.
1. Liquid nitrogen has a relatively low temperature at atmospheric pressure, so extra attention should be paid when using liquid nitrogen to avoid direct contact with the skin.
2. Place the freezing adapter in liquid nitrogen and remove it from the liquid nitrogen using a specialized adapter fixture, and wear antifreeze gloves
