HCP grape stem crusher

A new product of grape stem crusher. At present, there are four models available for users to choose from, ranging from 5 to 30 tons per hour, and larger models ranging from 40 to 50 tons per hour can also be produced according to user requirements.

Characteristics of grape stem removal and crushing equipment:

1. Spiral quantitative feeding. Remove the stem first and then break it.

2. Both the stem removal shaft and stem removal rotary screen can achieve stepless speed regulation. The length of the stem removal rotary screen has been extended to adapt to the processing of various grape varieties, and there are fewer fruits in the stems outside the discharge machine.

3. This product is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the crushing device is located at the lower part of the stem removal rotary screen. The crushing roller is made of high elastic and non-toxic rubber, and the crushing device is connected to the machine body in a quick open manner.

4. The slurry pump is a single screw pump installed at the lower part of the crushing device.
