HD778TR1, HD978TR1, and HD978TR2 are passive two-wire transmitters with 4-20mA outputs for K, J, T, and N thermocouples. They convert the voltage value generated by the thermocouples into a linear current output of 4-20mA. The digital device ensures the accuracy and stability of the instrument. Users can set the output of 4-20mA (or 20-4mA) to any temperature range within the measurement range (including a single thermocouple with a minimum range of 50 ℃), and the type and range of the thermocouple can be successfully set with just one button. The indicator light indicates an alarm status (broken or no sensor connected), which helps users to make relevant settings. In addition, the transmitter is used to prevent polarity reversal.
HD778TR1 can be installed on DIN B-type connectors, while HD978TR1 and HD978TR2 can be installed on 35mm DIN rails. In addition to a 4-20mA output, the HD978TR2 comes with a digital display screen (10mm high) that displays the measured temperature.
