HG1-F series fuse type isolator circuit protection fuse

1、 Product Overview

The HG1 series fuse type isolator (hereinafter referred to as the isolator) is suitable for use as a power isolator in distribution circuits and motor circuits with rated voltage AC up to 400V (50HZ), agreed heating current up to 63A, and high short-circuit current, as well as for circuit protection.
Isolators are suitable for the following working conditions:
A. The ambient air temperature should not exceed+40 degrees, the average value over 24 hours should not exceed+35 degrees, and the minimum temperature should generally not be lower than 5 degrees. The ambient temperature during storage and transportation should not be lower than -52 degrees.
B. The altitude generally does not exceed 2000M
C. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the surrounding air humidity is+40 degrees, and a higher relative humidity of 90% is allowed at lower temperatures. At the same time, the average lowest temperature of the month is+25 degrees.
D. Non persistent conductive pollution in the environment, such as pollution caused by conductive dust or rain and snow
E. The installation category of the isolator is Class III (see GB1497-85)
F. Isolators are suitable for both 8-hour and long-term work schedules (tin plated contacts are suitable for 8-hour work schedules)
G. The isolator should be installed vertically in a place without significant support or impact vibration.

The isolator should be installed vertically, and the wiring can be removed during installation

Two isolators should be equipped with cylindrical cap fuses that comply with JB4011-85 "Low Voltage Fuses" standard

The socket of the isolator should be regularly inspected and cleaned of dust, oil, and debris to ensure flexible operation and good contact.
