HM-STORM super-resolution fluorescence microscope

The HM-STORM super-resolution fluorescence microscope is a new achievement developed by Mingmei based on the results of a major national research instrument development project. It can support two imaging modes: dSTORM direct random optical reconstruction super-resolution imaging and TIRF total internal reflection fluorescence imaging, achieving nanometer level high-precision super-resolution imaging. Compared with SIM and STED super-resolution imaging, it has higher resolution, lower difficulty in use and maintenance, and also has cost advantages. It is an ideal super-resolution imaging instrument for domestic universities and research institutions.
