1 Main technical parameters:

Pitot is commonly used in scientific research, production, teaching, environmental protection, tunnel and mine ventilation, and energy management departments

Using a pitot tube for speed measurement and flow determination has a reliable theoretical basis, is easy to use, accurate, and is a classic and widely used measurement method. III Structure:

The standard pitot tube is made up of two concentric tubes with different inner diameters. The straight end tail joint of the inner tube is a full pressure tube, and the outer tube

The pipe connection side joint is a static pressure pipe, and it cannot be connected incorrectly during use. The side pointing rod is aligned with the head of the measuring rod, and the direction can be determined during use to ensure that the measuring head is aligned with the incoming flow direction.

The S anti blocking type pitot tube is made of two back-to-back immortal steel pieces. One end is a full pressure tube, and the other end is a static pressure tube.

4 Usage:

1. It is necessary to select the measurement point section correctly and ensure that the measurement point is located in a straight pipe section with smooth airflow. For this purpose, measure the cross-section

Local components such as elbows, valves, and variable diameter pipes in the direction of incoming flow should be larger than4 times the diameter of the pipeline. Local bends and variable diameter structures in the downstream direction should be greater than twice the diameter of the pipeline.

The principle for selecting the diameter specification for Pitot tube measurement is to have a ratio of no more than 0.02 with the diameter of the measured pipeline. To avoid interference and increase errors. Do not place the pitot tube near the tube wall during measurement.

5 maintenance

1. During use, it may cause the pipe to bend. Check once before use, if there is obvious deflection, straighten it in advance, and if the cone head is damaged

2. Regularly check the small static pressure hole to prevent impurities from blocking the hole and causing pressure blockage. 3After use in dusty pipelines, there may be dust or water vapor accumulation inside the pipes. After use, the box should be blown clean by blowing air. Or test the smoothness before use.
