Product Introduction
1. Display the results through the LCD screen, and display and set the test scale, test force, indenter type, holding time, conversion unit, etc;
2. The body is made of high-quality cast iron and cast in one go, combined with automotive paint treatment technology, with a round and beautiful appearance;
3. The worm gear lifting system greatly improves the stability and accuracy of testing, and there is no need to focus again after testing is completed;
4. Equipped with automatic turret function, high-definition measurement and observation - dual objective lens combination, combined with high-definition micrometer eyepiece with built-in length encoder, realizes one click measurement of indentation diagonal, greatly reducing human operation interference and reading error;
5. Convenient CNC system that can automatically convert units of the full hardness scale;
6. On the screen, the test method, test force, indentation length, holding time, and conversion scale can be displayed. When operating, simply measure the indentation and press the eyepiece encoder button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. The data results can be output through a printer;
7. Optional CCD image processing system and optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurement;
8. Configure a wireless Bluetooth printer and output data through RS232 and USB interfaces.
