This product is composed of a heating sampling tube, a heating box, a water bath box, a diversion controller, and other components. Filter and heat the substances emitted from factories that produce or use pollutants such as hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, and sulfuric acid mist, and finally absorb them in absorption bottles to achieve the purpose of collection and analysis.

Product Features


The entire system is divided into four parts: sampling tube, heating box, water bath box, and diversion controller. It is small in size and easy to combine

The heating box can rotate 90 °, suitable for both horizontal and vertical working conditions, and can also be placed on a platform

This sampling system integrates three types of exhaust gas sampling methods, and the free combination of related components can achieve sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen fluoride

Sampling of hydrogen chloride

The sampling tube is made of titanium alloy, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of acidic substances

The sampling tube is lined with a glass tube, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the tail of the sampling tube through the sampling nozzle without any contact with the metal during the entire process

The entire gas path connection adopts imported acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant PTFE silicone hose lining

The maximum heating temperature of the sampling tube can reach 190 ℃, and the maximum heating temperature of the heating box can reach 150 ℃, effectively preventing the condensation of exhaust gas

This system is equipped with a pitot tube that can be used for both constant current sampling and constant velocity sampling
