1、 Product Usage:

HY-5BThe constant speed cyclotron oscillator is suitable for laboratory cultivation and preparation of plants, organisms, microorganisms, genetics, viruses in scientific research, universities and other enterprises and institutions, as well as scientific experimental research such as oscillation mixing or chemical reactions of biological samples, various liquid and solid compounds. It can also be used for small-scale production. The stainless steel spring bottle rack can be used to clamp various types of bottles, and special fixtures can be customized according to customer requirements. It has a large bottle volume and capacity.

2、 Product features:

The series digital rotary oscillator is designed with a DC motor and a constant speed circuit. During work, the workbench oscillates in a circular motion. It has the characteristics of stable rotational speed, continuously adjustable speed, and low noise. The workbench is designed with a double-layer stainless steel spring universal fixture, which is firmly positioned and elastic, and can hold instruments of different names and specifications such as test tubes, separating funnels, triangular flasks, etc.

4Usage:

When using this instrument, please first check if all the accessories are complete. The accessories include a pad, a power cord, and an instruction manual. After checking, insert the solvent that needs to be shaken into the test tube clamp or bottle and place it on the fixture. Tighten the mouth, then insert the power supply, turn on the timer to select the time you want to control, turn on the power switch, and start working. Please choose the desired oscillation speed when working.

5、 Attention:

1 To ensure the safety of the staff, the machine should be grounded (i.e. triangular plug) during use.

2 After work is completed, the power should be turned off to prevent accidents.

3 The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and damage caused by knocking or vibration is strictly prohibited.

4 When the instrument malfunctions, please ask the electrician to check if the fuse tube is burned out and replace it. If the malfunction is too large, please notify our factory for repair.
