4To ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5Select timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

6Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed knob to the desired speed.

7Turn on the oscillation switch, select the rotation mode, and choose the up switch "one"; Reciprocating mode, select the down switch "2"; Stop, select the switch 'o'.

8Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the minimum position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power must be cut off.
