Automation control: The system adopts PLC intelligent control means, and the LED display screen on the control panel can correctly display the operation status of the air shower, the interlock status of the two doors, the progress of the air shower cycle, and the delayed door opening status. When entering from a non clean area, the door will be closed and an infrared sensor will be used to blow air when someone is present. After blowing air, the door will be locked and can only be exited from the air shower room;

2. Humanized operation: Humanized control panel design, clear indicator lights, providing users with clear and correct air shower process instructions. Soft key touch type time relay, LED display and setting of shower time, adjustable in the range of 10-99s, users can adjust the shower time according to the differences in the external environment of the shower room;

High cleanliness and high wind speed: Adopting a two-stage filtration system of high-quality primary and high-efficiency filters, with no partition and low resistance high-efficiency filters, the filtration efficiency is 99.99%, ensuring the purification level. Equipped with a fully stainless steel multi angle adjustable nozzle and a double volute outer rotor high air volume low-noise fan, the wind speed at the nozzle outlet is over 25m/s, and the wind speed blowing onto the human body is over 18m/s;

4. Modular structure: The air shower box adopts a modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower sizes according to actual needs. A wind shower room consists of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into multiple modules, making production, transportation, and installation particularly convenient and fast;
