The M530 series is specifically designed for calibrating LCR instruments in the frequency range from DC to 100 MHz, due to its design and use of strip line technology. Four pairs of BNC connection terminals with a distance of 22 millimeters can be directly connected to UUT without additional testing wires.
These standards have nominal values of 10 Ω, 50 Ω, 100 Ω, 500 Ω, and 1000 Ω with a 1% tolerance. The reference positions OPEN and SHORT can also be used for "zero" compensation.
