Working principle of high-precision roller belt scale:

In the belt conveyor of the production process, a suitable flow rate measuring belt scale frame and speed measuring device are installed. The weighing sensor on the scale frame detects the material flow rate passing through the weighing section of the scale frame, and sends this weight signal to the weighing controller for weight accumulation to obtain the corresponding cumulative weight.
