JCS series gravity free scale:
On the basis of the hopper scale, add feeders and unloaders, and use the rate of material reduction in the hopper to measure the flow and cumulative amount, in order to achieve a weighing device for measuring and batching control. During a complete T operation cycle, when the material in the weighing hopper reaches the lower limit of weighing (or an empty scale), the discharge port is activated, and the material in the silo quickly falls into the weighing hopper. When the set upper limit is reached, the feeding port is activated and the feeding stops when the material reaches the upper limit of weighing, in order to achieve the purpose of quantitative feeding. The accuracy and control precision of weighing have been improved by adjusting the feeding rate to adjust the feeding time and compensating for the difference.
