This instrument is a new product that combines a water bath and a magnetic stirrer, with two functions: water bath heating and magnetic stirring.

Usage:

1. Before use, please carefully read the instructions, familiarize yourself with the instrument and control panel, and use a megohmmeter to measure whether there is any poor connection or short circuit in the power supply, plug, and grounding. This constant temperature heating solution uses distilled water and prohibits the use of river water and hard water. If tap water is used, the constant temperature pot should be cleaned after each use to prevent the accumulation of scale on the heater from affecting the constant temperature sensitivity.

2. When using, water must be added to the pot first, and then the power supply must be turned on. The digital temperature control meter displays the actual measured temperature. Set the desired temperature according to the instrument manual, and observe the reading until it reaches the desired set temperature value. When the set temperature value exceeds the temperature of the water, the heating indicator light will turn on, indicating that the heater has started working. When the temperature of the water reaches the desired temperature, the constant temperature indicator light will turn on and the heating indicator light will turn off.

3. When injecting water, please keep a distance of not less than 60mm to 80mm from the mouth of the water tank. When shutting down, please first turn off the circulation and heating switches, stir, and then turn off the power switch.

4. This instrument uses a 220V AC power supply. Please ensure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 6A and that it has a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device to the working room when using).

5. It should be noted that the water in the pot should not expose the electric heating tube to the water surface, in order to avoid burning out the electric heating tube and causing leakage.

7. Connect the external power supply, turn on the power switch, and set the desired speed for the intelligent CNC speedometer.

8. Temperature setting: Press the SET key to set the temperature. Press the SET key to flash the data on the lower row digital tube (normal high temperature measurement on the upper row), indicating that the instrument has entered the temperature setting state. Press the △ key to increase the set value, press the ▽ key to decrease the set value, and continue to press the increase or decrease key to quickly change the set value. Press the SET key again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

9. After completing the work, turn off the power switch and cut off the power. Wipe the work surface clean.
