High speed filling machine

The filling production line adopts advanced OMRON programmable frequency converter (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine. The bottle feeding chain adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which cooperates with the host variable frequency to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable. The operation status of the photoelectric detection components in the pure water filling production line is highly automated and easy to operate. On this basis, the filling part of this machine has been modified to form a low vacuum filling method. The pure water filling production line equipment is suitable for filling and producing pure water, mineral water, drinking water, PET bottled water, etc. Its sealing method can be equipped with metal anti-theft caps and plastic caps, making it an ideal equipment for beverage manufacturers.
