Performance characteristics of high-strength board three in one feeding machine:
1. Hydraulic material pressing arm: The material rack is equipped with a high-strength hydraulic material pressing arm, which firmly presses the high-strength sheet metal during the unwinding process, preventing loose coils and deviation, and improving the stability of material discharge.
2. Hydraulic traction feeding structure: The leveling feeding end is equipped with a hydraulic traction device, which has power transmission function. Even high-strength steel coils can be smoothly fed into the leveling mechanism, improving automation efficiency.
3. High rigidity eccentric leveling structure: The leveling feeding part adopts an eccentric mechanism design, with strong overall rigidity, impact resistance, and sensitive relaxation action, effectively reducing feeding deviation and mechanical wear during the stamping process.
