The furnace has various specifications of high temperature, including 1000 ℃, 1200 ℃, 1300 ℃, and 1400 ℃. K and S scale thermocouples are used as temperature measuring elements, and precision digital intelligent temperature controllers are used to achieve automatic constant temperature or programmed temperature rise and fall of the electric furnace. The furnace shell adopts a cold steel plate embedded structure, and the furnace body adopts a new type of lightweight insulation material, which has high temperature measurement accuracy, accurate temperature control, uniform furnace temperature, low thermal conductivity, high energy saving, and beautiful appearance.
