1、 Instrument Introduction:
High temperature resistant pressure transmitteryesA practical high-temperature pressure transmitter for measuring high-temperature media, capable of measuring the temperature of the measured liquid or gas up to 125 ℃ (with a matching heat dissipation buffer bend installed, capable of measuring higher temperature media), and converting pressure or liquid level into standard electrical signals for on-site remote pressure and liquid level measurement instruments.
2、 Working principle:
The pressure transmitter adopts diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connect them into a Wheatstone bridge, and uses micro machining technology to form a pressure sensitive diaphragm under the bridge. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After a secondary conversion circuit, achieve a two-wire system with 4-20mA output.
3、 Application scope:
High temperature resistant pressure transmitterThe components and parts are all sourced from imported high-quality diffusion silicon and ceramic pressure sensors as sensitive components, using integrated modules and fine temperature drift, zero point, and nonlinear compensation to achieve accurate measurement and transmission of pressure changes in liquids, gases, steam, and other media.
4、 Advantages:
1. Good stability, with a long-term stability of 0.2% FS/year at full and zero positions. Within the compensation temperature range of 0-70 ℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS, and within the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% FS.
2. Equipped with reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits, the transmitter will not be damaged if the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation. In case of abnormalities, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35MA.
3. Solid state structure, no movable parts, high reliability, long service life.
4. From wind pressure to water and oil, high-precision measurements can be made without being affected by the mass of the measured medium.

6、 Debugging method:
Open the HSM connector, unscrew the stainless steel tube, and you can see the zeroing and full range resistors. Connect an external standard power supply and ammeter (0.2 poles or more) to adjust them. The steps are as follows:
When the transmitter is not pressurized, adjust the zero point resistor to output a current of 4mA,
Pressurize the transmitter to full range, adjust the full range resistor to output a current of 20mA,
Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
4. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
7、 Attention:
1. All supplied products come with user manuals and certificates of conformity, which include product numbers, technical parameters, manufacturing dates, etc. Please carefully check to avoid using them incorrectly.
2. Do not directly squeeze the transmitter diaphragm with hard objects to avoid damaging the transmitter.
3. During installation, the on-site interface should be checked for compatibility with the product interface based on the product connection method and thread type. The connection should be tightened slowly, and torque should not be directly applied to the transmitter housing, but only to the six sides of the pressure interface.
4. When connecting the power supply, strictly follow our company's wiring instructions for connection.
5. The overload pressure of the edge feeder should not exceed 200% of the measuring range.
6. If any abnormalities are found during use, the power should be turned off, the use should be stopped, and inspection should be carried out, or directly reported to our company's technical department.
7. During transportation and storage, the original packaging should be restored and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
8. Exchanging for one year.

2. If the temperature of the measured medium continues to reach 130 ℃ or below -20 ℃, it is recommended to use a temperature isolator or capillary structure to ensure that the sensor is not damaged.
