1、 Instrument Introduction:

2、 Working principle:
The principle of precision digital display pressure gauge is that when the measured medium enters the inner cavity of the elastic sensitive element (spring tube) through the interface component, the free end of the elastic sensitive element will produce corresponding displacement under the pressure of the measured medium. The corresponding displacement will be converted into corresponding angular displacement through the gear transmission amplification mechanism and rod mechanism. The instrument pointer synchronized with the angular displacement will indicate the pressure of the measured medium on the dial line of the display device.
When a precision digital pressure gauge is combined with a pressure calibration instrument, it can form a standard device for precision pressure gauges or a pressure calibration device. The operator compares the measured object with the precision digital pressure indication value one by one to achieve the transmission of pressure values or pressure calibration of the measured object.

7、 Usage and maintenance:

8、 Selection and precautions:
1. The digital pressure gauge with a measuring range installed on boilers and pressure vessels should have a maximum measuring range (maximum value on the dial) that is compatible with the working pressure of the equipment. The range of a digital pressure gauge is generally 1.5 to 3 times the working pressure of the equipment, with a range of 2 times. If the range of the selected digital pressure gauge is too large, the larger the range of the same precision digital pressure gauge, the greater the allowable error value and the deviation observed by the naked eye, which will affect the accuracy of the pressure reading; On the contrary, if the range of the selected digital pressure gauge is too small and the working pressure of the equipment is equal to or close to the scale limit of the digital pressure gauge, it will cause the elastic components in the digital pressure gauge to be in the largest deformation state for a long time, which is prone to deformation and can increase the error and reduce the service life of the digital pressure gauge. In addition, the range of the digital pressure gauge is too small. In case of overpressure operation, the pointer will cross the maximum range and approach zero, causing the operator to have a false impression and leading to even greater accidents. Therefore, the pressure range for the use of digital pressure gauges should not exceed 60-70% of the scale limit.
2. The accuracy of a digital pressure gauge used for work is expressed as a percentage of the allowable error to the limit value of the dial scale. The accuracy level is generally marked on the dial. When selecting a digital pressure gauge, the accuracy should be determined based on the pressure level of the equipment and the actual working needs.
3. In order for operators to accurately see the pressure value, the diameter of the dial of a digital pressure gauge should not be too small. If the digital pressure gauge is installed higher or farther away from the post, the diameter of the dial should be increased.
4. If the medium used for measuring digital pressure gauges is corrosive, different elastic element materials must be selected according to the specific temperature, concentration, and other parameters of the corrosive medium, otherwise the expected purpose cannot be achieved.
5. Pay attention to daily use and maintenance, regularly inspect and clean, and keep records of usage.
6. The general calibration cycle for digital pressure gauges is six months. Mandatory calibration is a legal measure to ensure the reliable technical performance, accurate value transmission, and effective safety production of digital pressure gauges.
