Both the inner and outer shells of the box are made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels or 304B argon arc welding. The outer shell of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Adopting an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, with timing function, precise and reliable temperature control. The time and frequency of ventilation can be set arbitrarily.
4. Equipped with a large observation window and lighting fixtures to keep the inside of the box bright, and made of tempered glass, the condition inside the box can be observed clearly at any time.
5. The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and special air ducts, ensuring uniform temperature in the working room.
6. The aging chamber is equipped with a low-speed turntable, and the test sample fixture is installed in a suitable position on the circular turntable.
7. The insulation of the box is made of ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.
8. There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
9. The test chamber is a single door and sealed with woven asbestos strips.
10. The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.
