IIILarge walk-in laboratoryMain structure:
1. The base of the chamber is welded with 8 # channel steel to form a mesh frame, which can withstand the weight of the chamber, personnel, and specimens under horizontal conditions without causing unevenness or cracking on the bottom surface of the chamber. Bearing capacity 200kg/square centimeter;
2. The chamber is divided into six chamber surfaces and two chamber doors. The door size can be made according to customer requirements. The outer material of the chamber is high-quality color steel plate, and the inner material is high-grade stainless steel plate. The insulation medium is high-density glass fiber cotton. The door handle is a container opening door lock, which is convenient for testers to open the door;
3. Air conditioning cabinet: This cabinet is the main body for temperature regulation and circulation in the laboratory. The heating system, temperature circulation fan, and balanced temperature inlet and outlet of the laboratory are all installed in the air conditioning cabinet
4. Mixing system: Adopting a long axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation
5. The test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be used for external testing power or signal lines (the aperture or number of holes needs to be increased and indicated)
6. The bottom of the laboratory is equipped with tracks, and the trolley is manually pulled in and out on the tracks for easy access after loading. The mobile load-bearing platform is made of steel structure and is manually pulled in and out. After loading, it should be easy to enter and exit.
7. The entire equipment consists of a chamber, heating system, cooling system, air duct circulation system, and electrical control system. This method has a compact chamber structure and a beautiful appearance.

Controller: Adopting the original Japanese "OYO" or Korean "TIME880" intelligent LCD touch screen control instrument.
