1: Overview:

4. Machine structure: The SYLX-170 horizontal screw centrifugal oil residue separator consists of a P removal system, a horizontal screw settling system, a crude oil conveying system, a transmission and lubrication system, electrical control, and a frame.
6: Operation and use
Purchase and installation: The cement foundation must be level and firm, placed in a convenient location for operation and use, and there should be flexible joints at the connections of the lines and pipelines connected to the centrifuge;
The suspension is directly pumped into the centrifuge using a gear pump. The concentration and viscosity of the feed affect the feed flow rate and yield. Large impurities and particles, especially metal blocks, should be avoided in the oil;
Before starting up, the refueling of each lubrication system should meet the requirements, check whether each feeding pipe is tightened and correct, all connecting bolts should be tightened, whether the pin shaft is loose, and whether the belt tension is moderate;
Start the motor and check if the pulley rotates clockwise and if there are any abnormal friction sounds;
Start the motor, run it in idle mode, and eliminate any rubbing or poor transmission noise;
Check the operation, whether the machine temperature and separation performance are stable, whether there is leakage, whether the working current is normal, and whether there is significant fluctuation in current. Normal operation requires the bearing temperature to be ≤ 75 ℃. If it is too high, the machine should be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting;
Before stopping the machine every day, it should be cleaned with an appropriate amount of clear liquid, rinsed until there is no sediment, and then discharged. The machine can only be stopped after the clear liquid is clear to prevent solid phase bonding inside the drum.
7: If the installation and debugging are completed and everything is normal, enter the practical operation:
Raw oil with a certain temperature is subjected to deprotection. After adding an appropriate proportion of hot salt water and stirring, it enters a stainless steel drum for deprotection. After circulating for a few minutes, the oil pump is started and enters the centrifuge for filtration. The deprotection cycle time and separation time are adjusted according to the characteristics of the material and process requirements to achieve better separation effect.
In case of emergency during actual use, the machine can be shut down for maintenance without cleaning.
8: Regular maintenance:
The belt drive should be checked every other day, and the bolts in each part should be tightened. It should be checked every day when the machine is turned on, and the fixing of various electrical components should be checked once a week. The bearing temperature should be checked in a timely manner, and the shock absorber foundation should be checked once a month. All parts of the machine should be kept clean and free of dust deposits. Attention should be paid to the proper operation and fastening of each oil pipeline. After daily shutdown, the main power supply should be in a power-off state.
9: Malfunctions and troubleshooting:
Unclear liquid phase: ① The processing capacity is too large, and the feeding amount should be reduced; ② The time for hydration and phosphorus removal should be appropriately extended and the hydration ratio adjusted; ③ If the liquid temperature is too low, the separation liquid temperature should be increased.
Large machine vibration: ① It is normal for the machine to have moderate vibration when it reaches or drops to a certain speed; ② Bearing damage should be identified or replaced; ③ The propeller has wear and tear, and the propeller and shaft should be modified or replaced; ④ Loose damping feet; ⑤ The machine vibration should be eliminated with the idea of easy to difficult first. If it cannot be eliminated, contact the manufacturer in a timely manner.
