Raw squeezing requires two rounds of squeezing. Therefore, a circulating feeding machine is equipped. The Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake) can be directly lifted to the silo for secondary pressing, reducing the manual feeding link.
Working principle of the raw press machine:
When the oil press is working, the power from the main motor is transmitted to the spindle through the reducer, and the pressing screw installed on the spindle rotates, continuously pushing the oil between the screws forward. The oil press gradually reduces the gap between the pressing hole and the pressing screw, resulting in an increase in the density of the oil and a gradual increase in pressure. During the pressing process, friction occurs between the oil particles and between the oil and the parts, generating heat. This constitutes the two major elements of pressure and heat in the oil pressing process, damaging the oil cells and tissues. The oil overflows from the oil line, and the cake is pushed out from between the pressing cone and the cake outlet. When the overflowing oil flows into the oil filter through the oil pan, negative pressure is formed inside the drum. The oil passes through the filter cloth and is pushed into the oil drum, while the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. At this point, the good oil is obtained.
Raw pressing has the characteristic of not damaging the original oil quality, avoiding the adverse effects of traditional high-temperature oil pressing processing. The raw pressed finished oil retains the original flavor and color of the oil, and fully preserves the nutrients in the oil. Cold pressed oil has its original flavor and is a healthy choice for daily life.
