Horizontal waste heat boiler

The horizontal waste heat boiler consists of a drum, movable hood, furnace mouth section flue, inclined section 1 flue, inclined section 2 flue, last section 1 flue, last section 2 flue, feeding pipe (discharge chute) groove, oxygen nozzle, nitrogen sealing device and nitrogen sealing plug, manhole, micro differential pressure tapping device, flue support and hanger, etc. The waste heat boiler is divided into six circulation loops, each consisting of a downcomer and an riser. The feedwater from each section of the flue is introduced from the drum through the downcomer into the lower header of each flue and then into each heating surface. After passing through the heating surface, the water generates steam and enters the header, which is then introduced into the drum through the riser. Each flue is connected with flanges.

The manufacturer of the waste heat boiler told us about its working principle: fuel, gas, and coal are burned to produce high-temperature flue gas, which releases heat. The high-temperature flue gas first enters the furnace, then enters the waste heat recovery device in the front smoke box, and then enters the smoke tube, and then enters the waste heat recovery device in the rear smoke box flue. The high-temperature flue gas becomes low-temperature flue gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Due to the greatly improved utilization rate of heat released from fuel combustion, waste heat boilers are more energy-efficient.

Waste heat boilers are classified according to fuel, including oil fired waste heat boilers, gas-fired waste heat boilers, coal-fired waste heat boilers, and foreign medium waste heat boilers. Divided by purpose, it can be used as a waste heat hot water boiler, waste heat steam boiler, waste heat organic heat carrier boiler, etc.
