Low pressure oil cylinders can use 20 gauge steel pipes, while high-pressure oil cylinders use 45 gauge steel pipes. When installing the oil cylinder, the axial ends of the cylinder cannot be fixed firmly. Due to factors such as hydraulic pressure and thermal expansion inside the cylinder, there is axial expansion and contraction. If the two ends of the cylinder are fixed, it will cause deformation of various parts of the cylinder. When disassembling and assembling hydraulic cylinders, it is strictly prohibited to use hammers to strike the cylinder barrel and piston surface. If there is damage to the cylinder hole and piston surface, it is not allowed to use sandpaper to polish, and it should be carefully polished with a fine oilstone. The clearance between the guide sleeve and the piston rod should meet the requirements. If the sealing components of the oil cylinder experience abnormal wear, check whether the speed control valve is adjusted improperly, causing excessive back pressure and improper installation of the sealing components or hydraulic oil contamination. The solution is to adjust the speed control valve and make necessary operations and improvements according to the installation instructions. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the direction of the connecting head at the top of the piston rod is consistent with the direction of the cylinder head, earring (or middle hinge shaft), and to ensure the straightness of the entire piston rod during the process of advancing and retreating, in order to prevent rigid interference and unnecessary damage.
