IVIS Lumina XRMS III integrates years of advanced optical imaging technology to create an easy-to-use and high-performance multi-mode in vivo optical imaging system. By using Lumina XRMS III, researchers can achieve combined imaging of high-sensitivity bioluminescence, multispectral fluorescence, radioactive isotopes, and low-dose X-rays in mice, rats, and other model animals.

With up to 26 filter configurations, users can image dozens of fluorescent probes ranging from green light to near-infrared light. The new excitation light source equipped ensures that the excitation efficiency of the light source remains at a high level throughout the entire imaging spectrum, effectively enhancing the system's ability to detect deep fluorescence signals.

Lumina XRMS III provides a flexible and convenient X-ray imaging method, allowing users to adjust the position of the X-ray conversion screen to achieve X-ray imaging of mice, rats, and other animal models weighing 500-600 grams. The software can automatically and accurately align and fuse optical and X-ray imaging results together, and Lumina XRMS is currently the imaging system on the market that can achieve the superposition and fusion of optical signals and X-ray signals in all imaging fields.
