The IVIS Spectrum system has both two-dimensional and three-dimensional tomographic bioluminescence, fluorescence, and Cherenkov radiation imaging capabilities, enabling non-invasive long-term observation of disease occurrence, development, treatment, dynamic changes in cells, and real-time gene expression at the level of live animals. Based on high-end hardware configuration, the system has industry recognized high-sensitivity bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging performance, and is a system that simultaneously possesses bioluminescence and fluorescence 3D imaging performance. Therefore, it can be used in conjunction with other modes of 3D imaging systems (such as MRI, CT, PET, etc.) to fuse different modes of 3D images and achieve the combination of functional imaging and structural imaging.
