A hydraulic pump is a power component of a hydraulic system, driven by an engine or electric motor, which sucks in oil from a hydraulic oil tank, forms pressure oil, and discharges it to the actuator
hydraulic pumpIt is a power component of a hydraulic system, driven by an engine or electric motor, which sucks in oil from a hydraulic oil tank, forms pressure oil, and discharges it to the actuator. Hydraulic pumps are divided into gear pumps, plunger pumps, vane pumps, and screw pumps according to their structures.
Product features:
Aluminum alloy manufacturing, high strength, corrosion resistance, light weight, suitable for operation in various environments.
The dual speed feature reduces the number of presses and quickly puts the low-pressure chamber into a load working state, immediately converting to high pressure and shortening each operating cycle.
Equipped with a pressure regulating valve, it can adjust the control and set the working pressure. consist of
Product working principle:
It is a hydraulic component that provides pressurized fluid for hydraulic transmission and is a type of pump. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of power machines (such as electric motors and internal combustion engines) into the pressure energy of liquids. The working principle of a single plunger pump is shown in the figure. The cam is driven to rotate by an electric motor. When the cam pushes the plunger upwards, the sealing volume formed between the plunger and the cylinder decreases, and the oil is squeezed out of the sealing volume and discharged to the required place through the one-way valve. When the cam rotates to the descending part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger downwards, forming a certain degree of vacuum, and the oil in the tank enters the sealed volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. The cam continuously lifts and lowers the plunger, causing the sealing volume to periodically decrease and increase, while the pump continuously absorbs and discharges oil.

Product Category:
1. According to whether the flow can be adjusted, it can be divided into:
Variable displacement pump and quantitative pump. The output flow rate that can be adjusted according to needs is called a variable pump, and the flow rate that cannot be adjusted is called a quantitative pump.
2. According to the commonly used pump structures in hydraulic systems, they are divided into:
Gear pump: With a small volume and simple structure, it does not require strict cleanliness of the oil and is relatively inexpensive; But the pump shaft is subjected to unbalanced force, severe wear, and significant leakage.
Vane pumps: divided into double acting vane pumps and single acting vane pumps. This type of pump has uniform flow rate, smooth operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pumps, and a more complex structure than gear pumps.
Piston pump: high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems; But the structure is complex, with high requirements for materials and processing accuracy, high cost, and high requirements for oil cleanliness.
