Product principle:

The electric motor drives the piston to perform reciprocating motion in the sensor cylinder, maintaining continuous flow of the water sample while generating shear action, making the charged ions surrounding the colloidal particles in the water become free charged ions. The movement of these charged ions charges the electricity below the cylinder, generating alternating currents between the electricity, which is called flowing current.

It can measure the current of charged ions or particles in the SCD sampling chamber after chemical treatment in water. The magnitude of the current depends on the net residual positive or negative ions left in the water after coagulation. The flowing current value can indirectly reflect the coagulation effect and is used for automatic adjustment and control of flocculant dosage. Superior sensor design ensures long-term zero fault operation of the product. Typical applications include industrial/municipal water treatment, sludge sedimentation dewatering/pressure filtration, reverse osmosis system pretreatment, and other processes that require the addition of coagulants.

Scope of application:Mainly used to optimize the water treatment process of adding coagulants, it can continuously monitor and control the amount of coagulants added.
The inlet flow rate of the sensor is 1 gallon per minute, and both the inlet and outlet are quick couplings. The inlet is 1/2 'and the outlet size is 3/4'
The transmitter is packaged in a NEMA 4x non-metallic instrument box with a locking design, suitable for outdoor installation.
