The guide column lifting device can quickly adjust the distance between the worktable and the objective lens, making it suitable for detecting workpieces of different thicknesses. The mechanical mobile loading platform can effectively locate the observation area of the workpiece. The focusing mechanism adopts cylindrical roller guided transmission, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering of the mechanism.
