The transformer on load switch tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used by Wuhan Guoyi Technology to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special transformer on load tap changers in power systems based on the principles of the "Power Equipment Handover and Preventive Testing Regulations" and relevant regulations. It adopts computer control and can measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase synchronicity, etc. of on load tap changers through specially designed measurement circuits. The new testing principle utilizes microcomputer technology to test the performance of various on load tap changers of power transformers on the production site without disassembling and lifting switches, displaying and printing excessive waveforms and parameters. And according to the needs and on-site conditions, the measurement can be directly carried out by the tap changer lead, or by directly connecting the transformer three-phase bushing and neutral point for measurement.

precautions
1. Be sure to read the instructions carefully before using the instrument.
2. The operation of the instrument should have general knowledge of the use of electrical equipment or instruments.
3. It can work normally within the range of environmental temperature -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%, but when used outdoors, it should be avoided from being exposed to rain and direct sunlight on the LCD screen.
4. The power switch must be turned on after all the leads are connected.
5. After the test is completed, the test line should be removed only after the discharge is finished.
6. Do not move the test cable clamp during the testing process.
7. If the current is small, two or more wires can be connected in parallel as one measurement, and unused wires should be short circuited to the black wire.
8. There is a protective grounding wire on the power socket. Please insert the plug into the three eye socket with grounding wire.
