The YR-FD100 series dust concentration measuring instrument can directly read the mass concentration of dust particles in the air.
RS485 industrial grade bus and standard three wire 4-20mA can be used, with strong resistance to dry waves and long-distance transmission. We have absorbed and digested the dust detection technology from both domestic and foreign sources, and used the principle of light scattering to detect dust. The detection data is directly displayed and converted into data signals for output by a microprocessor. The sensor consists of a sampling head, a detection device, a microcontroller system, and an exhaust system, and has the characteristics of easy portability, fast and accurate measurement, high detection sensitivity, stable performance, and simple maintenance. Due to the use of new technologies such as laser scattering and highly reliable pumping systems, the sensor has become more high-quality and technologically superior.
This product adopts a wall mounted installation, and is used in conjunction with a controller to process various data uploaded by the dust measuring instrument through the microcontroller of the controller, ultimately completing functions such as data display and output control.
