Product Details

Industrial pH electrodeAlso known as pH probe or pH sensor, the English name pH electrode or pH sensor is the part of a pH meter that comes into contact with the measured substance and is used to measure the electrode potential.

Accurate pH measurement can help achieve:
1. Produce the products we expect to want
2. Produce at low cost as much as possible
3. Prevent material damage, personnel injury, and environmental pollution
4. Meet regulatory requirements
5. The research and development work is progressing smoothly

Industrial pH electrodefeature

1. Adopting advanced solid dielectric and large-area polytetrafluoroethylene liquid interface. Not easily blocked and easy to maintain.
2. The long-distance reference diffusion pathway greatly extends the service life of the electrode in harsh environments.
3. The newly designed glass bubble has increased the bubble area, which can prevent interference with the generation of bubbles in the internal buffer solution and make the measurement more reliable.
4. The electrode adopts high-quality low-noise cable, which can ensure signal output length greater than 20 meters without interference.
Specifications:
Material: PPO (polyphenylene oxide), PPS, ABS, etc
Scope of application:
Electroplating wastewater, chemical wastewater, acid washing wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, desulfurization wastewater, and pure water industry.

maintenance

1. If there is oil stains on the electrode, it can be lightly wiped with cotton soaked in CCl4 or acetone. Then immerse in a 0.1mol/L HCl solution for 12 hours, and rinse repeatedly with distilled water;

2. The commonly used pH electrode can be placed in a pH 4.00 buffer solution or soaked in distilled water for a short period of time. Long term storage, use PH7.00 buffer solution or put on a rubber cap and put it in a box.
