The scale body is welded from high-strength profiles, equipped with anti-collision modules, level gauges, and stainless steel instrument columns.
The scale body undergoes shot blasting and rust removal, followed by electrostatic spraying treatment. The scale pan is made of 201/304 stainless steel material, which enhances the overall corrosion and rust resistance of the product.
All welds are fully welded (26 passes).
The whole scale is equipped with high-precision sensors, which have higher sensitivity, repeatability, and accuracy.
Sizes can be customized, and instruments can be optionally selected.
