Spiral scales are divided into single tube single-layer and double tube double-layer structures. The single tube single-layer structure completes both measurement and transportation simultaneously, while the double tube double-layer structure achieves stable flow and transportation on the upper layer and measurement and transportation on the lower layer. The stable flow effect is good and saves space. The length of the spiral feeder can be determined by the actual situation; According to the user, a double tube structure is generally used for material measurement, which requires the installation of a screw conveyor and the simultaneous use of a screw scale to complete material measurement.
