With the proposal of the national vision of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", wind power generation has ushered in new development opportunities. The construction of energy bases, distributed energy, and offshore wind power are advancing simultaneously, and wind turbines continue to develop towards high towers, long blades, large capacity, and customization. The withdrawal of national offshore wind power subsidies in 2022 marks that wind power has fully entered the era of parity grid connection. In this context, based on the edge computing controller and high-speed acquisition module, Dongtu Technology launched an integrated control system integrating master control and auxiliary control, enabling smart wind turbines through the fusion acquisition and online computing of heterogeneous data of wind turbines.

The Kywt-L/HA integrated auxiliary control system of Dongtu Technology integrates CMS, BMS, and TMS systems. Through Dongtu's autonomous edge controller and 24 bit high-precision high-speed acquisition module, it realizes the integrated acquisition and calculation of unit transmission chain, blade vibration status, and tower high-precision inclination sensor. On this basis, we will expand the access and algorithm capabilities of intelligent sensors such as online bolt monitoring, infrared temperature monitoring, online oil monitoring, AI recognition, as well as the intelligent access of local maintenance data, to achieve comprehensive fusion perception of various auxiliary systems of the fan. At the same time, Dongtu provides intelligent systems such as remote operation and maintenance, algorithm mall, and health management system to help customers achieve full lifecycle operation and maintenance management of wind turbines, including monitoring, analysis, fault prediction and diagnosis, and life prediction.

The Kywt-L/HA system adopts Dongtu NewPre series edge controller and Kywt-AIH12/6-12AW series high-speed IEPE acquisition module, with 24 bit high-precision, 25.6kHz high-speed synchronous acquisition and DC-20000Hz frequency response. system support CANopen、Modbus RTU、Modbus TCP、EtherCAT、EtherNet/IP、Profinet、AUTBUS, Support custom serial/CAN/TCP protocols, OPC and other commonly used industrial communication protocols. Meets wide temperature and 220 × (1 ± 15%) VAC wide voltage operation from -40 ℃ to+60 ℃, with IP54 protection level and level 3 EMC, suitable for areas with an altitude of 4000 m and below.

The basic version of the auxiliary control system Kywt LA is equipped with a Dongtu NewPre3000 edge controller, an ATOM E3940 quad core processor, 8GB DDR3 memory, and a 256G mSATA hard drive. Equipped with 2 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 4 x 100M/1000M Ethernet interfaces, 1 x WiFi, and 1 x HDMI interface.

The flagship auxiliary control system Kywt HA is equipped with a Dongtu NewPre3200 edge controller, featuring an I5 8265U quad core processor, 8GB DDR4 memory, and 128GB Cfast. Equipped with 2 x USB 3.0, 4 x 100M/1000M Ethernet interfaces, 1 x WiFi, and 1 x DP interface. Support centralized expansion of KYIO modules such as RCM, DI, DO, AI, AO, RTD, PI, PO, etc.

The Kywt-AIH12/6-12AW acquisition module supports 2 x RS485, 1 x 100M/1000M Ethernet interface, and 1 x WiFi interface expansion. A single module supports synchronous high-speed acquisition of 6/12 IEPE signals.

Dongtu Technology's integrated auxiliary control system is based on the 100% self-developed Intewell microkernel operating system and MaVIEW programming software to create an integrated intelligent control platform for wind power main control and auxiliary control. It provides "online monitoring and calculation" for vibration monitoring systems, realizing high-speed acquisition, data calculation, storage and forwarding of CMS, BMS, and TMS signals.
